Winston-Salem State junior Cole Parks was selected to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Atlantic All-Region team.

Parks was a second-team all-region selection after a stellar season on the mound, in the field, and at the plate for the Rams. He helped the Rams go 35-16 in the program's final season. The team was disbanded at the end of the season due to financial reasons.

Parks hit .321 with six home runs and 36 RBIs, and he set the school's single-season records with 10 wins as a pitcher and 102 strikeouts.

He is expected to play on the Asheboro Copperheads this summer.
