Appalachian State already has one Power-Five win this season. Now it’s time to take a shot at a second.

App State (7-1, 4-1 Sun Belt) plays its final nonconference game of the season on Saturday, taking on South Carolina.

The Mountaineers are coming off their first loss of the season, which was followed by them falling out of The Associated Press and Amway Coaches polls. Earlier this season, Appalachian beat North Carolina, 34-31, the first P5 win for the program since beating Michigan in 2007.

Now the Mountaineers look to get back on track this week before diving back into conference competition.
