WINSTON-SALEM 10/15/1962 - 11/15/2018 Early on the morning of November 15, 2018, Ronald H. Foster, heard the call from his Heavenly Father to come unto Him. Ronald Howard Foster was born on October 15, 1962 to the proud parents of Louis Thurman and Rosa Lee Foster in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from East Forsyth High School in Kernersville, North Carolina. His journey through High School not only embodied academics but also deepened his love for the game of football. Ronald also attended Winston-Salem State University, where he was on the roster as a member of the Ram's football team. Ronald loved sharing nuggets of wisdom and encouragement with the many individuals that crossed his path. He liked talking about his life experiences to help others through their life challenges. Ronald's personal passion in life revolved around his work as a stage hand. He became a proud member of the Union IATSE Local 574, where he built stages and assisted with setups for events and concerts showcasing many notable artists who visited the Triad area to perform. Ronald was preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Rosa L. Foster. He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Louis T. Foster; brothers, Willie R. Lundy, and Theodore T. Foster; aunt, Honor R. Foster; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth S. Lundy, and Jacqueline N. Foster; nieces, Vanessa Lundy, and Thea T. Foster. Ronald will also be forever remembered by his numerous cousins, extended family, friends, and a dedicated friend, Josie Stenbeck. A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Friday November 23, 2018 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home.
