GREENSBORO — Iconic Country Music group Alabama is bringing its 50th Anniversary Tour to the Greensboro Coliseum.

The Charlie Daniels Band shares the bill for the 7 p.m. April 5 concert.

Alabama has won over 178 CMA, Grammy and ACM awards. It has charted 43 No. 1 singles with 21 of them consecutively such as "Tennessee River," "Love in the First Degree," "Mountain Music" and "Song of the South." Inducted into the Country Music Hall of fame, the group has sold over 80 million albums.

From his Dove Award winning gospel albums to his genre-defining Southern rock anthems and his CMA Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America’s musical landscape than Charlie Daniels. The band is known for hits like "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," "Long Haired Country Boy" and "In America."
