Police have arrested two men in connection with numerous recent armed robberies in Winston-Salem, authorities said Thursday.

Shondric Ramon Pauling, 38, of Field Crossing Drive in Winston-Salem was charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, police said.

Police investigated armed robberies that happened at convenience stores from April 29 to June 8.

“Some of these businesses were targeted more than once, and these businesses shared similar circumstances,” police said in a news release.

After an armed robbery happened on June 8 at Two Brothers convenience store at 5000 University Parkway, officers arrested Jarrett near the business, police said.

Jarrett and Pauling were being held Thursday in the Forsyth County Jail with Jarrett’s bond set at $900,000 and Pauling’s bond set at $100,000, police said. Jarrett and Pauling are scheduled to appear in court on June 17.
