Dixie Sarno of Lebanon, Ohio, recently wrote to sing the praises of a spaghetti squash and zucchini dish she had at the Village Tavern in Winston-Salem during a visit here.

The spaghetti squash is first roasted, then combined with zucchini and other vegetables in a light tomato sauce.

The folks at the Village Tavern were kind enough to share the recipe.
