Chef Tim Grandinetti of Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar will give a cooking demo with recipes from his “Soulful Harvest” cookbook from 2 to 4 p.m. at Bookmarks, 634 W. Fourth St.
Grandinetti is also a partner in Quanto Basta in Winston-Salem and the owner of the soon-to-open Dr. Brownstone’s BBQ in Advance.
“Soulful Harvest,” released in 2017, contains many of Grandinetti’s favorite recipes from Spring House, as well as some family recipes.
Admission to the cooking demo is free.
