PUBLIC NOTICE OF VOTE TO LEVY ONE-QUARTER PERCENT SALES TAX IN FORSYTH COUNTY PROPERTY Notice is hereby given by publication, pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S. 105-537, that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners, at its regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room on the fifth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, located at 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, N.C., intends to vote to levy a local sales and use tax at a rate of one-quarter percent (0.25%), as approved by a majority of those voting in the Forsyth County referendum on March 3, 2020.
