WILSON and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 16-CVD-4656, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 3rd day of June, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Forsyth County, North Carolina, Winston-Salem, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Winston Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Winston-Salem, Winston Township, Forsyth County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron in the southwestern intersection of Bank Street and Laurel Street, said beginning point being South 68° 30' West 50.73 feet from the northeasternmost corner of Lot 108 in Tax Block 596 (see Deed Book 1169, Page 205, Forsyth County Registry); from said beginning point thence continuing with the western right of way line of Laurel Street South 12° 55' East 110 feet to an iron; running thence South 77° 57' 10" West 50.14 feet to an iron, southeastern most corner of said Lot 108; running thence with the easternmost line of said Lot 108 North 12° 55' 55" West 101.67 feet to an iron in the southern right of way line of Bank Street; thence continuing with said right of way line North 68° 30' East 50.73 feet to the point and place of beginning according to survey prepared by Daniel L.
