NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Forsyth County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF FORSYTH vs. LISA D. DEAN n/k/a LISA LANGLEY and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of LISA D. DEAN n/k/a LISA LANGLEY and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, HELEN KAYE DEAN and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of HELEN KAYE DEAN and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 12-CVD-8220, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 30th day of September, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Forsyth County, North Carolina, Winston-Salem, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Winston Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: TRACT ONE: Beginning at a point, said point being within Tax Lot 42 of Block 3008 of the Forsyth County tax records and within the property of Loretta M. Melton, as shown in Deed Book 900, at Page 525, said point being at a call of North 85 deg. 36' 56" West 260.60 feet from a point in the western right-of-way of Dippen Road, said point being 1770 feet more or less along the right-of-way from the intersection of Winston-Salem Walkertown Road; running thence South 00 deg. 58' 31" West 10 feet to an iron; running thence North 79 deg. 49' 37" West 205.15 feet to an iron; running thence North 37 deg. 45' 36" West 145.89 feet to an iron; thence South 81 deg. 00' 33" East 296.69 feet to an iron; thence South 00 deg. 58' 31" West 85.22 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING. Together with the easement for ingress, egress and regress as set out in Book 1511 Page 1830, Forsyth County Registry. Subject to restrictive covenants and easements of record. Parcel Identification Number: 6847-79-0946.00 The undersigned Commissioner makes no warranties in connection with this property and specifically disclaims any warranties as to title and habitability. This property is being sold as is, without opinion as to title or any other matter. This sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause which was obtained on September 4, 2018.
