Unifi Inc. said in a regulatory filing Tuesday that Paul Charron, a member of its board of directors, plans to resign from his duties on July 15.

The company said Charron “is resigning for personal reasons, and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.”
