Victory followed funeral for veteran on school’s staff

BOSTON — Forward Ryan Anderson doesn’t think it was coincidence that Boston College’s biggest win in an awful season came just days after a loss more painful than any game.

The funeral for Dick Kelley, BC's longtime basketball media contact and sports-information assistant, was Tuesday. Kelley died last week after a two-year battle with ALS.
