MOSES-FRAZIER BRONX, NY Shirley Ann Moses-Frazier Sept. 19, 1942 - Nov. 19, 2013 Shirley Ann Moses-Frazer was born on September 19, 1942 in W-S, NC to Oscar A. Moses, Sr. and Mary Dickey Moses. She accepted a call and received her wings on Tuesday morning, November 19, 2013. She was educated in the public schools of W-S, NC and New York City, NY, and was employed by the New York State Department of Social Services-homeless division. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Frazier, Sr.; three sisters, Rosetta Moses, Ruby Mae Moses Hill and Ruth Earline Moses Furches; and two brothers, Amazire Henry Moses and Oscar A. Moses, Jr. Left to cherish her memories are her sons, James (Nikki) Frazier, Sr. and Solomon (Rosalind) Reid; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Joniest (Victoria) Moses, Sr., LeVonne Moses, and James (Brenda) Moses, Sr.; three sisters, Mildred Moses-Macon, Belvia (Samuel) Moses-Gamble, and Angela (Johnnie) Moses-Miller; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2013 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Samuel Cornelius officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Church. Online condolences can be made at www.russellfuneralservice.com. (RUSSELL)
