REAVIS MOCKSVILLE Infant James Alton Reavis July 29, 2013 - Dec. 22, 2013 Infant James Alton Reavis, of US Hwy 601 S, died Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born July 29, 2013, in Forsyth County to Dustin Kirk and Judith Misty Daniel Reavis. He was preceded in death by two great-grandfathers, Joe Reavis and Jerry Daniel. Survivors include his parents; a brother, Harles Luke Reavis, all of the home; paternal grandfather, Barry Reavis (Jane) of Winston-Salem; paternal grandmother, Kim Ellenburg of Cleveland; maternal grandparents, Jay and Diana Daniel; maternal great-grandparents, Jean Daniel, all of Mocksville and Jimmy and Gennette Carter of Ocean Isle; paternal great-grandmother, Frankie Reavis of Mocksville; three aunts, Hannah and Cheyenne Daniel and Caitlin Reavis; and many other special family members. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 29, at Reavis Family Cemetery with the Rev. Mike DePuew and Mr. Jimmy Carter officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at Eaton Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be considered for CJ Foundation for SIDS HUMC, WFAN Pediatric Center, 30 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601; or Make-A-Wish Foundation, Johnston Building, 212 S.
