Work on Phase IV of the Brookberry Farm housing development in western Winston-Salem will begin in mid-August, developers said Thursday.

The new phase will have 133 residential lots. Of the new lots, 55 will be used to create “The Village,” which will have three large parks and a commercial area that will include small shops and offices.
