Nonprofit to rehab buildings to create apartments for veterans

Whole Man Ministries of North Carolina will officially start Wednesday its project to rehabilitate five duplex buildings in eastern Winston-Salem for the homeless.

The nonprofit organization, based in Winston-Salem, has teamed up with several businesses and other groups to help complete the project that consists of 10 apartments, primarily for veterans.
