Lindsay Tise knows he’s not going to turn back time by participating three times a week in a weight-training study for elder residents.

However, rewinding the clock enough to stay mobile and limit his knee-joint pain – including playing golf once a week with his church buddies –is enough for the wiry 94-year-old Tise, who could pass for someone several decades younger.
