Davidson County Sheriff’s deputies seized a semi-automatic handgun along with a magazine containing three live rounds and one live round in the chamber from the house of a husband and wife found dead Tuesday, according to a search warrant filed in Davidson County Courthouse.

Also seized was a prescription for alprazolam, a drug used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. The search warrant said the prescription was made out to Timothy Shane Benbow, who was found dead Tuesday along with his wife, Emily Woosley Benbow.
