Outgoing chancellor reflects on nearly 30-year tenure at Appalachian State

After nearly 30 years at Appalachian State University, Kenneth E. Peacock is a Mountaineer through and through.

That won’t change when he steps down as the school’s chancellor after nine years in the job. He announced his resignation in April but will continue as chancellor until a new one takes over, likely by next July.
