Voter ID Study: 11 percent of Forsyth voters might not have photo ID to vote

Almost 11 percent of Forsyth County voters may not have a North Carolina driver’s license or state-issued photo identification, a study by the N.C. State Board of Elections shows.

The figure is about 9 percent statewide, or about 613,000 voters, the study found.
