BERMUDA RUN — The first phase of Wake Forest Baptist Health’s $100 million development in Davie County is nearing completion, with a four-story medical office building scheduled to open Aug. 19 and the adjoining outpatient center following in mid-October.

Set on what was once a pastoral piece of land on N.C. 801, the 88-acre campus, which includes the medical center and 44 acres set aside for commercial development, is one of the largest capital-investment projects in Davie County.
