It’s tempting to eat leftover Easter eggs, whether plain, turned into deviled eggs or made into egg salad. But it may not be safe.

Think about how long the eggs have been out of the refrigerator. Eggs left in a basket or hidden in bushes for an Easter egg hunt probably need to be thrown away.
