COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Few of Wake Forest’s 57 trips to Maryland for ACC games were as forgettable as the last.

The Terps, who will leave for the Big Ten this summer, were fortunate that the little they had left in the tank from Saturday’s emotional two-point loss at Duke was more than enough to dispatch the reeling Deacons 71-60 Thursday in front of a listless crowd of 10,665 at the Comcast Center.
