The salary of Billy Prim, top executive of Primo Water Corp., remained essentially unchanged during fiscal 2013 while his total compensation dropped 2.1 percent to $428,485, the company reported in a regulatory filing Monday.

Prim received $400,060 in salary, down $75. He received a $24,342 bonus, but no stock and options awards. He had $4,083 in all other compensation, which was comprised of life insurance premiums and matching contributions to a 401(k) plan.
