Culp discloses compensation increase for CEO

Culp Inc. said in a regulatory filing Thursday that its chief executive, Franklin Saxon, received a 3 percent raise in salary to $370,414 in 2012.

Saxon also received $742,630 in non-equity incentive-plan compensation, stock awards valued at $445,972 on the date they were awarded and $70,181 in all other compensation. Total compensation was up 112 percent to $1.65 million.
